Get Ready, Get Set to "Listen In With KNN"
Jaden Spencer is a recent graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he earned degrees in Interpersonal Communication and Business Management. He has a background in public relations and has a lifelong passion for sports. As a Social Media Marketing Intern for Listen In with KNN x FOX Sports Radio, he is excited to apply his marketing skills, creativity, and sports knowledge while learning from experienced professionals. He looks forward to creating engaging content that informs, entertains, and connects with audiences.
Most importantly, he is eager to gain valuable hands-on experience and mentorship as I continue to grow in the sports media and marketing industry.
Naomi Azuolay is a rising senior at American University in Washington, D.C. majoring in Broadcast Journalism & French with a minor in Business & Entertainment. Originally from Larchmont, NY, Naomi grew up in a multilingual household, where she grew her passion for storytelling and learning about international cultures & traditions. She has experience with various media, including photography, video, and audio, and speaks three languages. In her free time, she loves to travel, listen to international music and spend time with family and friends.
Grace Swoope is from Virginia Beach and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina, where she is majoring in Sport and Entertainment Management with a minor in Advertising and PR. She has always loved being around sports, which led me her to an interest in sports marketing, especially the creative side of brand partnerships and activations. She enjoys working on projects that bring ideas to life and she is excited to be part of the team.
Ajia Gaines is a sophomore at Howard University majoring in Film/TV Production with a minor in Theatre Technology. She is passionate about bringing existing stories to life through visual storytelling. Her goal is to enter the workforce equipped with a diverse set of skills that will allow her to thrive in live production. Thus far, she has gained hands-on experience through her internship in production at WHUT and has worked in videography for ESPN through Howard Athletics. She continues to develop her craft with Listen In with KNN, where she is focused on becoming highly proficient in editing and post-production.
Jake Fleming is a native of Bolton, Massachusetts. He is going into his senior year at the University of South Carolina studying Sport and Entertainment Management. Growing up, sports were a big influence in his life. Jake's goal is to bring that passion into his career post-graduation. Through his studies and previous internship experiences thus far, he has begun to see himself in sports partnerships more and more. Building relationships with communities or potential sponsors is something he not only feels that he is good at but he also enjoys it. He is excited to hit the ground running with the team at "Listen In With KNN" and can’t wait to see what this experience brings him!
Scarlett Young is a current MA student at the University of Georgia studying integrated ADPR with an expected graduation date of December 2026. She graduated summa cum laude with her undergraduate degrees in public relations and psychology in December 2025, the same year she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Throughout her collegiate career, she has grown her communication skills through executing various ADPR campaigns in which she has refined her proficiency in creating content and deliverables, managing numerous social media platforms and using strategy and analytics to inform decisions. Scarlett loves finding creative ways to build messages and new ways to communicate with people through design, art and copy.
Listen In With KNN partners with historically black colleges and universities to provide an accelerated track for students to get real world experience in sports media.
