Learn More about The Summer/Fall 2024 Interns

Sydney Worrell is a Senior in Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service studying Culture and Politics with a concentration in the Arts and Protest and a minor in Film and Media Studies. She is passionate about media and digital art and is particularly concerned with the cultural power of audiovisual media.

Daniel Nzanga's graphic design journey has primarily revolved around freelance work, during which he's had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed organizations such as the Seattle Seawolves, Ford Sports Performance, Seattle University, and GLS Speed. He is an excited graphic designer with a passion for sports.

Joey Constant is currently enrolled at Bowie State University. He is majoring is Sports Management with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. He currently does play-by-play for Bowie State Athletics Media department. He also has experience working as a reporter doing post-game interviews. Bringing a wealth of experience to the internship, Joey does live stats for CIAA men's and women's Basketball. His dream is to be a sports broadcaster. He is excited to learn a multitude of new things working with KNN. 

Olivia Hinck is a senior at Siena College studying English, Communications with a concentration in Journalism, and a minor in Marketing. She is excited to combine her lifelong love of sports with her passion for writing while working at Listen In With KNN!

Yaba Ahounou is a recent graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University. She studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism and International Studies with a concentration in Social Justice. Yaba is excited to learn new things while working at Listen In with KNN as an editorial and digital intern. 

Tommy Jacobson was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, but has lived in Wichita, Kansas since the age of 2. He is a recent graduate from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and when isn’t writing or at the gym, you can find him singing and playing guitar somewhere. 

Hunaina Hirji is a filmmaker based in Southern California, currently pursuing a major in Film and TV Production with an emphasis on Sound Design at Chapman University's Dodge College of Film. She teaches film production to high school students at FilmEd Academy of the Arts, guiding them through the creative processes. In her free time, she is a freelance content creator and photographer. As an intern, Hunaina is excited to immerse herself in the dynamic world of sports and entertainment media. She looks forward to contributing her skills in production, sound design, and creative direction, while gaining invaluable industry experience and further honing her craft.

Gabby Price is a junior at Fordham University Rose Hill studying journalism. She works for WFUV Sports, Fordham’s NPR-affiliated radio station, where she records and produces podcasts and live shows such as All In: A Women’s Sports Podcast and One-On-One: New York’s Longest Running Sports Call-In Show. She also loves tennis and is co-captain of the club tennis team at Fordham. Gabby is thrilled to be a part of the "Listen In With KNN” team, and is looking forward to improving her skills as a digital and video producer.

Ian McArt is a passionate video editor with a love of the craft. He is hardworking and loyal to his mission. He also enjoys playing basketball, expanding his knowledge of cinema, comics, and is quite the fan of pro wrestling. 

Calyn Ashe is a recent graduate from the University of Mississippi where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. She is passionate about her field and enjoys puzzles and reading in her spare time. Calyn is thrilled to join the “Listen in With KNN” team and looks forward to furthering her experience and skills while interning.
