Learn More about The Summer/Fall 2024 Interns

Gabbi Hughes is a senior at Emerson College, majoring in Visual Media Arts Production. With a passion for sports and video production, she is excited to contribute as the Digital & Video Production Intern at "Listen In With KNN." Gabbi looks forward to applying her skills to create engaging video content that enhances the show’s sports coverage.

Miranda Chaffin is a recent graduate from Colorado Mesa University, where she earned her degree in Animation, Film, Photography, and Motion Design. With a passion for art and creativity, she is eager to explore the world of marketing and radio. Miranda is excited to elevate the graphic elements as a Digital and Graphic Design Intern at Listen In With KNN.

Joey Constant is currently enrolled at Bowie State University. He is majoring is Sports Management with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. He currently does play-by-play for Bowie State Athletics Media department. He also has experience working as a reporter doing post-game interviews. Bringing a wealth of experience to the internship, Joey does live stats for CIAA men's and women's Basketball. His dream is to be a sports broadcaster. He is excited to learn a multitude of new things working with KNN. 

Donovan Gibbs is a 21-year-old Division 1 football player with aspirations of becoming a sports journalist. He currently is a junior at Long Island University Post. He is on the path of getting his bachelor's degree in journalism. He writes about all sports and hopes his articles gives LIWKNN listeners the excitement that he gets from writing them.

Mariah Jackson is a recent graduate from West Chester University where she has received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic and Interactive Design. She is very passionate about her field and is always working to improve her skills and learn about new trends. She enjoys digital art and drawing in her spare time as well as going to art museums. She is very excited to be able to hone her design skills and learn along with the rest of the KNN team!

Tessa Parkinson is a multimedia designer specializing in culturally responsive design and user-centered experiences. Currently completing the Human Experience Design and Interaction program at Utah State University, she brings expertise in graphic design and UX/UI. Tessa's work reflects her passion for inclusivity and innovation, blending creativity with functional design solutions. She is ecstatic to be able to join the "Listen in with KNN" team!
